1. General
These terms apply to purchases made through VoiceCraft.art. By placing an order, you accept these Terms & Conditions. All sales are governed by Swedish law, including the Consumer Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen) and the Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen).
2. Products
All items are handmade jewellery. They are suitable for normal daily use, but should not be subjected to extreme force or rough handling. Normal wear and tear is not covered by warranty.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are stated in SEK. Payment options are shown at checkout. No order is considered binding until payment has been received.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- All orders are shipped with PostNord tracked services.
- Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
- Delivery times (as provided by PostNord):
- Sweden: 1–3 working days
- Nordics & EU: 3–7 working days
- Rest of world: normally 7–14 working days
- Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs handling, but orders should not take longer than 14 days to arrive.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Ångerrätt)
As a consumer within the EU, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
- To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days and return the item in unused condition.
- You pay the return shipping cost.
- Refunds will be made once the item has been received in original condition.
6. Returns & Refunds
- Right of withdrawal (ångerrätt):
As an EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. If you choose to exercise this right, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Refunds are made once the returned item has been received in unused condition. - Damaged or defective items:
If the product arrives damaged, or develops a defect covered by Swedish consumer law (Konsumentköplagen), contact us immediately with photo proof. We will cover the return shipping and provide a replacement or refund once the defective item has been returned. - Misuse and wear:
Breakage caused by misuse, rough handling, or normal wear and tear is not covered. - Statutory rights:
You may complain about defects under Swedish consumer law for up to three years from purchase.
7. Liability for Defects
In accordance with Swedish law (Konsumentköplagen), you as a customer have the right to complain about defects for up to 3 years. This statutory right applies regardless of the 30-day guarantee described above.
8. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. postal strikes, natural disasters, technical issues).
