Right of withdrawal (ångerrätt):
As an EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. If you choose to exercise this right, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Refunds are made once the returned item has been received in unused condition.
Damaged or defective items:
If the product arrives damaged, or develops a defect covered by Swedish consumer law (Konsumentköplagen), contact us immediately with photo proof. We will cover the return shipping and provide a replacement or refund once the defective item has been returned.
Misuse and wear:
Breakage caused by misuse, rough handling, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
Statutory rights:
You may complain about defects under Swedish consumer law for up to three years from purchase.
